Thanksgiving Weekend :: JTNY
Posted September 25, 2009
Thanksgiving 2009 will mark the 5 YEAR anniversary of the AAAlliance's creation. We will be celebrating in style somewhere in our beautiful, historic hometown, with all of our closest friends.

We are currently working out details for the weekend, and have some space available for interested visual artists who will be in WNY on November 27-28 to party with us and display some work as part of our group showcase.

We also have a VERY LIMITED number of slots left for bands who want to get involved by donating some performance time in exchange for exposure, hugs, and maybe some gas money.

Anyone interested in participating or helping out in any way should contact Bill Thomas through facebook or email: info@activeartist.org

show details for the weekend are TBA.

Local Music Showcase :: Sat Sept 12 :: Jamestown, NY
Our friends over at the Chautauqua Region Word are once again hosting WNY's premier local music event. This Saturday, starting around 6 pm and going until the bars close at 2, at least 10 different venues in Downtown Jamestown will be featuring live music from the cream of the crop of the thriving JTNY music scene.

All Access wristbands are available for only $10 on the day of the show at the Reg Lenna Theater Box Office. All the venues are within easy walking distance of one another, and ALL proceeds go to benefit the Infinity Performing Arts Program, which "...creates and sustains an environment in which young people, based solely on their desire to participate, can grow, learn, and lead through participation in the performing arts."
